Our Vision
La Vie est Belle, training program for Certified Nursing Assistant, is focused on helping the community train up the next generation of Leaders. We strive for excellent, addressing the challenges of the rapidly changing and diverse health care environment. We are confident that our students will be prepared to assist the professional nurse in direct client care, undertaking those tasks which will be supportive to the care of the client.
Our Mission
- Is to create a National Voice for the Detroit Metro area, a voice for all nursing assistants and other direct care givers through educational programs and career development. We strive to have our teachers, and community members actively involved in our students’ learning.
- To assist our students in achieving quality hands on experience through the Nursing Assistant Program at La Vie est Belle.We strive for excellence in our community to produce graduates that are competent and compassionate to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community in order to protect the quality of patient care.
Our Goals
Our goal is to provide training to our students to become competent caring Certified Nursing Assistant’s. The program is structured to educate the students with adequate knowledge providing quality care throughout the student’s career. Our students are required to dress in a professional appearance, uniforms while wearing the school patch on the left shoulder. We believe that if a student cares about their appearance, then they will care about the appearance and quality of care to the residents.
